Hydroliyze/ Urban Nutrition/ Bellezza Products Unethical Practices: You're Charged No Matter What New York New York

Ordered the product, returned the product within allowable timeframe. Called company to alert and called to confirm receipt. Still billed on Visa. Initiated a dispute for chargeback of charges ($69 X 2). Company sent a rebuttal saying product never returned! When I called the company, was spoken to rudely, and told to call my credit card company since charges in dispute.

Through an e-mail from the company (which shows a company name of Urban Nutrition), a representative there confirmed again that product had been returned to them. Was advised by my credit card company to rebut. Rebuttal was denied as too late. Advised by another rep today to send a request for re-opening the dispute and provide the same information as before, which clearly shows the company lied about not talking to us and not receiving the product. Can only hope the 7 or 8 hours working on this will conclude with the charges being removed, but no guarantee.

Only too late did I read online that this company is notorious and well-known for this type of transaction, which can only be termed a scam. I also noticed that the same product is shown as being from a different company: Bellezza. Perhaps they have to change their name frequently to do business at all.
