I saw an ad while on my facebook page stating that shopper's drug mart had an overstock of products and were giving away free samples. All you had to do was pay for the shipping and handleing which amounted to $5.99. Since I regularly shop at shopper's drug mart I decided to take advantage of this offer and assumed it was on behalf of shopper's drug mart and not a third party company. When I filled out the information to send my free trial there was nowhere on Hydrolux's home page that stated that if you did not call them back, which by the way there was no telephone number for this company either on their home page, within 14 days of paying for the shipping and handeling for this product that I would be charged full price on a monthly basis for thisproduct. It was only when I looked at my email messages in my junk folder that I discovered a message from customer support from the company Hydrolux that I was being charged full price for the product. The email message from them is dated 15 days after I had paid the shipping and handleing charge for this so-called free trial and since it was one day afterwards, I could not cancel the payment . There was however a telephone number in the email for the company so right away I called to cancel the payment. The woman whom I spoke to gave me her name as Angel Cruze and was no help at all, but continued to state that because I had not contacted the company within the 14 days I could not cancel the monthly subscription that apparently came with this free offer and as I've stated before, nowhere on their website does it state that you need to cancel within 14 days in order to not be charged for a monthly membership. Since there was no telephone number on their site as well, how is anyone suppose to contact this company within the 14 days to cancel a monthly membership in order to not get charged full price for a product that was said to be a free trial?

It has come to my attention that two other companies have also taken funds out of my account simalairly stating that I had approved the withdrwal on the exact same date as the Hydrolux company.
The first of the two is a life insurance company out of Westminister California, which I am a Canadian citizen and would not purchase life insurance from a different country. I was able to retain a phone number from the fraud department of my bank for this company and the number is 1-714-548-3320. When I called all the reps were busy so I left a voice message for someone to get back to me on the matter and have yet to hear back from someone. The second company is called Pur Foreskinolin which when you go to their website address pureforskinolin.org is a weight supplement pill. Now, I am 105 pounds at 5 foot 3 inches and therefore would never order weight loss pills! Unforetunately there is no phone number to contact them ( the fraud department at my bank was only able to give me their website address ) so you have to send them an email message, which I have done and haven't heard anything back from them either. Both companies have charged me just under $145.00 each. The fraud department has told me that I will have to call them back on Monday to see if this can be resolved and if so I won't get my funds back right away.
