Hydroluxe Timelessbeautynow.comeyessobeautiful.com I responded to an ad on Facebook that made it look like this product was made by Dr. Phils wife Robyn. A trial was offered - no charge for the product, just for the price of shipping. I now realize this is just to get your credit card number. Internet **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

I saw an ad on Facebook for Hydroluxe, which it said was developed by Dr. Phyll's wife Robin. The ad offered a free trial of the product - all you had to pay was the shipping cost.  I ordered two separate products.  The shipping said it would take 7 to 10 days.  In the meantime I had to leave my home to go to Vancouver for a wedding and was not there when the product arrived.  I had my sister opne it to see if there was any documentation in there indicating any terms and conditions and there was nothing in there but the product.

I got home yesterday and saw that my credit card had been charged $117 and $130  - one on Aug 14 and one on Aug15.  I called the company and spoke with 3 different people about these charges.  They said that because I did not call them to cancel and return the product within 14 days of ordering the product I had to pay the full price.  I told them that on the facebook ad there was no mention of the 14 days - I assumed I would get the terms and conditions in my package and I would respond accordingly.

I got nothing in the package and I did not see anything listed in the facebook ad, even tho I looked.  They lkept saying it is posted on their website and I told them I did not order from their website I ordered on Facebook and there was no 14 day mentioned there.  They refused to do anything, maintained I should have seen it on their website even tho I did not go to their website.  This company is scamming people with the illusion of a free offer...there is notihng free about it.

Not to mention the fact that the product is overpriced - 15ml of serum for $130 and a small jar of cream for $117...and even though I have oily skin, this dried my skin out, and I had to use my own moisturizer on top of all of this my skin was so dry.  This is the worst skin care product I have ever used.  They have no return policy if you have a problem with the product after the 14 days.  By the way the 14 days start when you order now when you receive the product....given that it takes over 10 days to get the package, you have  about 3 days to use it and get back to them...this is a total rip off.  Patricia
