HYLA Perfection Josh & Danyal Brock Began work for HYLA company October 4, 2011. 3 days of training and the weekend was suppose to count as one wk selling opport. and be pd $725 per wk the next Tuesday. Our group of trainee's were all Cabot, Arkansas

As part of our job, we try to get door referrals called 'door regee's' for possible customer's and then we get customer leeds from our office manager who tell's us where to go and who to meet, etc. I did this for one week and work several hours at least 10 hours, most days and daily we were to go into the office for a meeting @ 1pm--I did this those days. On Monday 11th , they told me to bring in my machine and they didn't think I was working out. Tuesday, the 12th was pay day and I got NO Pay, No gas reimbursement No Nothing for all this time. I know one week is not much time but when you are told you will be paid, then something should be given.
I met with 3 customers during this week period but none of them wanted to purchase. According to what I was told on my first day, I should have received some pay but DID NOT. I went to several, several homes throughout Cabot--showed the machine 3 times to family/friends people I knew that they said to practize with But they did not purchase them and then the office sent me twice on leed's but one couple said they cancelled 3 weeks ago and the other had to cancel when I showed up due to a family emergency.
Its not that I was a unlucky salesperson or didn't show off the machine--I did a Superb sales pitch but those family/friends weren't willing to spend $2,500 on a Vaccuum--Hyla but I still tried to do good with other referrals--the company just didn't give me any that were reliable. I was running out of gas and energy only to find out I was Cheated out of or Denied pay for my Efforts. That's why I'm sending this complaint--I want to know if someone can help me get some of the PAY. The owners of this operation did not seem well organized and did not do a good job of booking appointments with potential customers. There job was to telemarket by phone and internet and give us leads to follow, etc.
