Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Hello, I began work for the Hyla Perfection company around Oct. 4, 2011--this is Vaccuum Sales Co. I entered employment and was in training 3 days plus weekend sales opportunity if possible. Our group of trainee's were told that we would be paid $725 per week regardless of a sell but that if we did sell then we would be paid a commission, varies depending on the contract between seller and customer.

As part of our job, we try to get door referrals called 'door regee's' for possible customer's and then we get customer leeds from our office manager who tell's us where to go and who to meet, etc. I did this for one week and work several hours at least 10 hours, most days and daily we were to go into the office for a meeting @ 1pm--I did this those days. On Monday 11th , they told me to bring in my machine and they didn't think I was working out. Tuesday, the 12th was pay day and I got NO Pay, No gas reimbursement No Nothing for all this time. I know one week is not much time but when you are told you will be paid, then something should be given.

I met with 3 customers during this week period but none of them wanted to purchase. According to what I was told on my first day, I should have received some pay but DID NOT. I went to several, several homes throughout Cabot--showed the machine 3 times to family/friends people I knew that they said to practize with But they did not purchase them and then the office sent me twice on leed's but one couple said they cancelled 3 weeks ago and the other had to cancel when I showed up due to a family emergency.

Its not that I was a unlucky salesperson or didn't show off the machine--I did a Superb sales pitch but those family/friends weren't willing to spend $2,500 on a Vaccuum--Hyla but I still tried to do good with other referrals--the company just didn't give me any that were reliable. I was running out of gas and energy only to find out I was Cheated out of or Denied pay for my Efforts. That's why I'm sending this complaint--I want to know if someone can help me get some of the PAY. The owners of this operation did not seem well organized and did not do a good job of booking appointments with potential customers. There job was to telemarket by phone and internet and give us leads to follow, etc.

Thanks for your time and if there is anyway you might could help me, please call or tell me what next! Bless!!

The Real Truth About Hyla Perfection

AUTHOR: johnny camp - ()

I started work with HYLA perfection in april 2013 and my first week i made 1,955.00. In the month of june i made close to 10,000 dollars. The only way you would not get paid is if you did not put forth the effort and the time to work. The people i work for at HYLA perfection are very trust worthy and will pay you as long as you meet the quilafactions to earn your pay.

My son is being lied to

AUTHOR: bozotheclown - ()

My son just went to work selling these"air purifier" vaccuums.  We let him do a demo for practice and even though they told him it was practice, he had to call his manager twice during the pitch to check in and let him know how it was going.  He did a very good job and had spent the day going door to door to do an "allergy ratio".  The kid is really taking it seriously and believes everything they tell him.  His grandparents bought one from him just to help out.  When he had to tell his boss we were not interested, the boss kept having him pitch a new deal.  Then they wanted a commitment as to when we might be ready to buy a machine.  My son knew we couldnt buy one, his dad just lost his job.   I gave him some referrals to help him but now I'm sorry I did. He's supposed to get paid on Friday.  I guess he will find out then that he has been scammed.

Run Away Now

AUTHOR: RedHill - (United States of America)

Josh and Danyal worked at the store in Conway before they opened their own. I worked there in the phone room. We got paid hourly, nobody else did though. This is a scam and you will NEVER see a payment. You will only, only, only get paid if you sell a machine..which is nearly impossible since they are so expensive and you are literally going door to door.

The $725 thing is a bold-faced lie. Once while I was there and they were mass-hiring for sales-people. They put an ad in the paper promising that payment and purposely making the description vague to sound like a factory job. They admitted in the phone room multiple times that they did this on purpose to get bodies in the company to sell more machines. You will never get paid for gas or training. It is all so illegal and I have no clue how they are still in business. People quit over being lied to and making no money all the time. You will never get paid. Jim is the owner at the one in Conway, and Danyal is his wife's daughter. I was working there while they were contemplating opening the Cabot store. Quit and find a legitimate job. You are wasting your time/gas/resources. I cannot stress this enough: They are LYING TO YOU about the payments, and pretty much everything else. Get out now.
