I have never dealt with a marketing or sales company that has been more manipulative, unresponsive, and utterly corrupted than I Deal Direct Interactive LLC. This company advertises all over the internet promising free $500 dollar gift certificates, IPODs, Dell Laptops, $1000 Walmart gift certificates, etc, and all you have to do is purchase 8 offers worth between $1-20 each and they will send you a free gift. This sounds like a good deal because you spend at most $120 and get a gift worth at least $500. I filled out all 6 offers and have email confirmations from these companies to prove that I completed them. I Deal Direct says in their terms and conditions that it takes 30 days to approve these offers and if they have not been approved after this time they will look into it for you. Well I looked at their website and only 4 out of 8 had been approved even though I spent money on all 8 offers. So I sent a response to customer service one month after making the purchases and no reply after 1 week. So I sent one again and again over 10 times to their customer service website and no reply. Finally 2 months later I got this reply from them and it is the most arrogant and dismissive response I have ever heard from a company...Here it is below with my original email

Dear valued customer,

Per the terms and conditions of our website:

We do not guarantee that you will receive credit for an offer. We reserve the right to refuse crediting your account for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to improper sign-up, lack of appropriate information or documentation or improper browser settings.

We are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion. The time it takes to receive credit for an offer varies with each advertiser.

We are unable to manually credit an offer.

This is the last time I am emailing before I make a filing on rip off report.com and BBB that details your business practices. I have emailed 10 times without a response. I completed all offers on May 23rd and have emails to comfirm that I have completed each offer. Your website has only approved 4/6 offers. I emailed on June 23 one month afterwards detailing a look into my account. I have gotten no response and have emailed once/per week. If I don't hear a response by July 21st I will be filing complaint reports as well as a lawsuit against your company. To not have a phone number or email to call is a travesty, and to not respond after 10 seperate emails is unacceptable. You have my email and my phone number is 4038302710 and my name is Brian Walters. Thank you in advance

This response is basically saying that we are not obligated to complete our end of the contract when the customer has completed their end because we don't feel like it. So if I complete an offer with an advertiser and they do not send it to I Deal Direct then it is not I Deal responsibility and too bad but that makes you ineligible for your gift. This is both misleading advertising and fraud for saying they will give you a gift for completing these offers and then when you have proof that you have done so go back and tell you that you are not eligible for no reason whatsoever.

I have seen other problems with this company on this site and if I do not hear anything back from this company I will be initiating legal proceedings against them.
