I am a disabled full time online student. I was looking for a work from home job that I could work while I reeducate myself to be able to have a good paying job that is legit that I could do from home. I find the following site stating that I DIAL U is looking for people to work from home. Here is the site www.idialu.com/.

Soon after applying I get an email from Charr Candelaria. In the email it states that training starts on Mondays. It states that training is three days long and that it starts at 12 noon eastern time and I am to attend the meeting through the following link   global.gotomeeting.com/join/512905693 Or that I could call +1 (408) 650-3123  using the access code 512-905-693. Charr's title is  Talent Acquisition Manager, US. All people named in here can be reached by entering their first name @idialu.com. Charr's phone number is 1 (855)-424-5401 Ext. 305. This is their instagram instagram.com/idialuniversity/. Their facebook is https://www.facebook.com/IDialUniversity/. Their twitter is twitter.com/idialu_usa. With all that said there is no address for this company that I can find though all the higher ups are on Pacific time and the phone number is linked to Pacific time.

So I go to the training. The training is done by Cathy Session. I highly doubt that is her actual name. Her title is iDialU / Training Manager, US. Once again note that there is no actual physical address. Her phone number is  1 (855)-424-5401 Ext. 306. She is the one who trains you on how to scam people.

So after day one of "training" we are told to email Cathy Session to let her know if we are still interested and turn in our homework. She emails us back our codes to get on the auto dialer site. We are put on the autodialer by our second day.

I had the misfortune of having my manager be Brian Guffey.  His title and phone number are as follows 855-424-5401 extention 303. He is the Division Manager. He spends his day yelling at people all day long and being a total jerk.

So here is the "job". We are given a script to follow. They supposedly get their leads from sites where people are looking for Rent to Own Homes, Personal Loans, or Car Loans. We are told to say that we are from 365 Resources on behalf of either rent to own homes, personal loans, or car loans. We are not to say anything about being with I DIAL U.  We are told to make the people believe that we are going to help them get a Rent to Own home, personal loan, or car loan. We have to ask them if they are the person that we are trying to call. We make sure they are interested in the loan in question. Most of them aren't because the leads suck so bad and are so old. Then we have to ask them qualifying questions which include how much they make per month, if they have an electronic method of payment, and if they have poor credit. We need to know that they make above 1,500.00 a month and that they have e payment so that Lexington Law can rob them blind.

Once we get to the end of the questioning if they have good credit we let them go. If they have bad credit and qualify we try and get them to agree to being transferred to Lexington Law. We also push Rental History Pros. So Lexington Law charges them 160.00 per month to remove items each month. And Rental History pros charges over 100 dollars. Note that these items reappear on the person's credit if they stop paying them each month.

When we call our number comes up as a local fake number so that the person they are trying to get us to scam is more likely to pick up. The people can ask to be removed from the call list but never are and get tons of calls per day.

Then the workers have to work at least 20 hours per week. However it is 20 talking hours so it ends up being 40 hours that you have to work to get paid for 20 hours of work. It is also a commission based job. So if you do not get your 20 hours in and your 5 sales you do not get any pay for the week. Mind you your pay depends on the person signing up for the lexington law scam or the rental history pros scam.

This place is a scam. I DIAL U is a front. 365 resources doesn't even exist. Rental History Pros is a scam and so is Lexington Law. Beware!
