I Drive Safely I contacted their customer support several times by email and received no response. In addition, I called their customer service number and have been on hold for over 15 minutes now.

I took their online test but the form did not have the correct data to input because I had to take the test in California but my drivers' license is in Tennessee. There was nowhere to put my state ID for my driver's license and the Class Code, which is different in TN than in California. I am hoping that the correct information gets submitted to the State of California by this apparently nonfunctional company because my driver's license and a lot of expense is on the line if not. If I had to do it over again, I would have called the company to begin with to ensure they weren't just a computer program with some guy on the beach taking my money and not caring if the job gets done correctly. In addition, there are countless posts to their Facebook page about how bad their customer service is, but nowhere to leave reviews. This company is definitely ripping people offl!!!
