I purchased a $100.00 special event package that includes:. 3000 gold coins, 600 million chips and 2 obsidian gems on June 2,2017. They guidelines say that we will receive all rewards by midnight of June 3rd. I have not received my 2 obsidians, I have contacted live support and keep getting the run-around. I asked for refund and was told I could not get one because I received part of the rewards. They will not tell me when I can expect my gems.

IGG called me back, someone filed a false complaint about me, so that is why my account was locked. Matt, the representative, was great, he apologized for the inconvenience, and listened patiently as I voiced my frustrations. I am so relieved to have this all resolved, it was all one big misunderstanding.

After I updated my review of IGG, they locked me out of my account! I wish I would have read the many reviews from former employee's on Glassdoor, sitejabber, and here before I spent so much money with this company. I have filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund, and plan to take further action against IGG. Don't spend your money with this company, it is all rigged. It is sad that they take advantage of people!

Igg did send the 2 obsidians to my account along with 2 amethyst to compensate for the inconvenience. My faith has been restored in this company.
