This company is a giant powerful money hungry organization that has loads of hidden fees, and the worst possible customer service. I believe they are in business to put the little people out of business. They do it by charging all kinds of extra fees and establishing ridiculous risk reserves.  They make decisions without notifying you, like deciding to take huge risk reserves and then continue to process payments without funding the merchant; once the merchant goes broke, they then cancel them and keep all of their money. Its a perfect rip off and great way to make tons of revenue all at the expensive of the "little guy" When you try to get help or answers they always have an excuse "oh that person didnt come in today" or they just send you to their voice mail only to NEVER return your calls. This company and its operative parties responsible for its practices need to be stopped and prosecuted before they destroy anyone else. I have not come across ANYONE who thinks what they did to me was fair or justified. Now there will surely be a few since they have stolen my money and I cannot pay the people I owe. WARNING stay away if you dont want to be put out of business or have tens of thousands of dollars stolen. In addition, I believe the BBB is a joke, read how they think these people satisfactorily participated in resolution to complaints. And you cant tell me they only have 20 or 30 complaints, just google i payment and see for yourself.
