I Smile Dentistry Bad billing and demanded payments for their mistakes. Glendale Arizona

I Smile Dentistry was demanding payment for billing a year ago from my last appointment. They never submitted payment to my insurance company the year when the service was performed, then tried submitting it the following year, and where denied payment. They where denied payment because January of the following year, our insurance carrier was switched by my employer. My co-pay was gladly accepted the day of my service, but the company came back and demanded payment because the payment was never settled with my prior insurance company because of their bad billing practices.
