Last week I had taken my car in for a simple maintenance service, I had spoke to the owner Vartan and  conveyed my financial situation /hardship being that I am a single mother of three and on a tight budget. Vartan assured me of fair and low prices and so after the maintenance service was completed, I was advised about other unauthorizedservices done and parts that were "needed" and replaced. I was shocked and looking at a bill three times the set estimate and worst more....

I had the repairs and parts looked at afterwards by a trusted friend and I was advised to immediately contact the shop and owner Vartan because the parts and repairs were NOT done and I was being ripped off and taken advantage of!! I have made several attempts to contact owner Vartan but he avoids my calls and will not return my calls to answer questions about the bill and services that were never done!!  He has taken food out my kids mouth and I am very upset that I was robbed and have fallen victim to this very bad buisness man!!
