IADT Chicago sold to sanford brown colleges Never sent me my assosciates degree after I graduated and paid a 4,000$ charge that mysteriously showed up on my account after I signed a graduate release form stating I owed the college $0. Now I am having difficulty getting my transcripts sent out and I cannot get ahold of anyone via iadt phone numbers or samford brown colleges phone number previously chicago, now online only Internet

 Attended IADT Chicago between 2006-2011, graduated with an assosciates degree, walked at graduation. Prior to graduation ceremony, signed a release form stating I owed the school $0. After graduating I received a bill in mail saying I owed the school (seperate from my education loans) about $3,900 and was due upon receipt. I finished paying off the $3900 debt in 2015. As of Oct 2nd 2017 I have yet to receive documentation of my assosciates degree. I also have attempted to have my transcripts sent to me via parchment.com as of Sept 13th 2017 and have not received that document. I have located several phone numbers in an attempt to speak directly to a person representing IADT or Sanford Brown to see if any issues remain that I can resolve so I can have my degree and transcript sent out and have been disconnected each time whether from a person or a recording. At this time, Oct 2nd 2017, I have found no email address or direct line to be in contact with any representative or employee of either college so as to resolve this issue.
