IAHCP International Association of HealthCare Professionals Charged money against my permission New York New York

In February 2016 I was invited to become a member of this organization  (IAHCP) on the page of my linkedin profile, where it was written that it is free. I filled out the form that they sent to me. Soon after, someone called and started asking my personal data. It was so suddenly, that I gave it to them. Immediately afterwards, I realized that I made a mistake. I called them that I didn't understand all, and I don't want to be a member and pay money. However, they answered to me that it is no possible to refund money, and they can't help me. I have repeatedly appealed to my bank and asked to block this organization in my account for. I even changed my credit card because of this. Yesterday, someone called me and started talking to me about some services. I said that I do not want to pay more money for nothing. The man asked if my address and data is correct, and the conversation was over. Soon I received a letter that they charged from me $ 1,156.00. I called to my bank, however they answer me that they can't help me. So, may be, IAHCP will continued chargering me for forever! Please -help me!
