MY family invested over $50000 in his former company in 2006 which is now under new management.  We never saw any reports, any statements, any updates, they just vanished.

We got conned by there sweet talk and powerpoint presentation.  We never saw our money again!  Accept when He bought himself a nice white porsche and did major renovations to his house, they also went on lavish vacations. 

They basically used investor money to support there lavish lifestyle.   

All of our families, blood sweat and tears went to investing with him and he just took it without a concience.  He creates companies under different names and markets them once he gets your money.  You will not see it again.  They make you sign a waiver form so you can't sue them after.
