I found on my credit card statement a charge of over USD 500,00 by Ian Travel Services. Unfortunately, I am over the 4 week charge-back period already: thus calling their customer services a friendly and helpfull person took all my information. They advised me to charge a identity theft file with the local police. I will try and call their head office on Monday, as it is Saturday afternoon as I write this.

Please check your credit card statement very well, even if you have not had any problems for years (like me!)

The interesting thing is, the reservation is for a Hilton hotel in Paris, France. As I am a HHonors member, I always make my reservations via the Hilton.com website only!

This time it is 'only' USD 500.00 - I read on the internet similar cases with over thousands of dollars!
