IBC Bank INSF fees? and still a balance! HOW does that work? Sugar Landsugar Land Texas

Where do I begin? I like the hours! What bank opens 7 days a week? I open an account, and money directly deposit. I'd check my account on line, watch my checks clear, and what is still pending. Then, I started seeing INS fees, and still a balance. I call the bank they cant explain it, or the person I am talking to dont know what she is talking about. I let it go, I pay the negative balance of over $300 dollars. The next month, same, but I am carefully watching every transaction, and everything pending.. then it happens again ,,another INS fee, and there is still and positive balance!! I have 129.00 and a check clears for 77.00, leaving a balance, and then overdraft charge for 27.00 for the 77.00,,,, I still have a balance of 25.00!!! Please someone tell me how that happens,,, are there hidden fees??? That is enough to close my account. No more overdraft charges on this closed account!!!!!!!!
