While surfing through my e-mail I apparently accidently ordered spam web sites, which I did not realize at that moment it happen.

I received e-mail that I had ordered these sites and that my credit card would be automatically charged.

ibill had my credit card infomation on record from previous purchases.

When I realize what had happened I called ibill and explained about the accidental purchase within seconds when it happened.

I explained to the person at their call center what had happen and explained to them that I had not wanted to puchases the (2) spam sites that I was charged for.

The refused to reimburse my credit card.

Actually I was charged for (3) sites, the third charge was from a company called I-Mangement who I will be contacting later on today.

These companies must have good scam going on to automatically charge you. I never gave my card information to I-Mangement, so I am lost on how they obtained it.

When I speak to I-Mangement later today hopefully I will discover how they obtained my information.

This happen on June 18th, from both ibill and I-Mangement.

ibill e-mailed me about the charges.

I-Mangement did not, I didn't find out about them until I was checking my card account through the web.

I am not sure if about the correct listing of I-mangement because I could not fing them on the internet.

But through my bank I was able to get a phone number on I-Mangement: 626-577-9666.

I will put my middle intial with my first name because my son has the same first name, in case he will ever have to file a report.

Hopefully, he will never have to.

How you might get your money back?

AUTHOR: anti - ()

Call your credit card company, report them what happened, and request a dispute form. When you get the form, give them a DETAILED description, what happened. In what way was the site/e-mail deceptive (for example you clicked on a "remove my name from your mailing list" or you got dozens pop-up ad, and you tried to close them, etc.)Give them the name/address of those scam sites. Were these scam sites very different from your previous credit card charges? (For example porn sites, mp3 sites, teen sites, etc.) It can help your case. Credit card companies do have your spending history! In a very polite but slightly indignant tone refuse these charges in your dispute letter.

Credit card companies are tired of these kind of unathorized charges from spam sites through credit card processing third parties, so ready to help their good costumers.

I would consider to close my credit card account and request a new one. (Before they hit you again and again.)

I can not garantee my method help, but this way we succesfully removed unauthorized charges from a hard core porn site, and from a Texas utility company. Both used a third party credit card processing company.
