Iboats.com 18 days still no Springfield marine bucket seats Internet
I ordered 2 Springfield marine bucket seats on June 1st 2013 it is June 19 th still no seashot he shipping description said items shipped in five days. I called customer service on 6th day to follow up and maybe get tracking number dalin said had not received info from spring field marine yet he would contact them and be in touch. 13 days since items were ordered I called iboats again a female said that dalin had emailed them and were waiting to hear back. day 14 receive email from dalin that says how important I am to iboats and I should here something in 1 to 2 days 19 days since order is placed. I call iboats again discuss situation with a femsays she says that Springfield marine is not returning any emails and that dalin has placed emails as well as she and there was not much else they could do except to refund my money or I could wait. i asked her if she could pick up a phone and call Springfield marine I got a run around emails the way to go. so I guess I will just wait and see how many months it will take for the sea box that my seats are in coming from china to get to good ole USA
