IC Services is a scam Beaverton Oregon

We Found IC Services on-line filled out the on-line Questionair and was contacted 3 days later by an Fred Eagle who advised that We were apoved for a grant for $125,000.00 Small Bussiness Grant. We were told that we neeeded to send in $464.00 Fill out a Disclosure agreement and send it with the money so we did. it was several weeks and phone calls later that we recieved a packet in the mail. We filled it out and returned it and call to notify them that the packet was complete and in the mail. All we ever got was an answering machine at this point. Now the Number is blocked. I started loooking for there web page to get another Number and found out it was a scam.
