Do not be fooled by the beautiful Vanities they post on line!!!   They sent us an email, NOT to accept the vanity unless it is inspected by us.   The carrier will NOT allow you to!!!  I called ICA with the Courrier there, and told Kayla that the delivery guy will not allow me open it, and she said, that is fine.  Sometimes they will not allow you to open them.  Just sign the reciept, subject to inspection. So we did this.  She said when we get around to inspecitng the item, to let them know if there is any issues and they will work with us.

 

When the item was inspected, the Marble was rough, Peeling, not sealed properly.  The marble had holes in it and the undermount sink had calk smeared into the sink.  Poorly done.

These people will not return phone calls, and when you call them, they will give you every excuse possible, and still will not return your call.

 

Save your self from the Aggravation and Fustration, and Do NOT buy from them!!!!

After several emails stating that I may not get a FULL REFUND,   I had to take my chances and send their item back.  I had no room to store this damaged Vanity and Hutch while dealing with their Nonsense.   I was issued a FULL REFUND, and NO apology for how I was treated, and  the stress and aggravation they put me thru.   Instead of them Sending me an Apology Letter, and make things right,   they send me a certified letter demanding me to remove my Post on Rip-off  or   Legal Action will be taken!!!!    I guess they don’t want anyone knowing how they operate…   SHAME ON YOU!
