I ordered candy and wrappers for a graduation.  Expensive but happy to do for special occassion favors.

My order was to arrive on May 12, 2016 at the latest.  Never arrived.  I tried calling and was continuously put in a voice mail system.  Tried the chat live feature.  No one was ever available.  sent e-mails.  My costs were almost $200.  I was concerned when my favors would arrive.

Eventually someone answered the phone.  Person was very rude.  He wouldnt address the May 15 latest date to arrive.  He then said I would get my favors the beginning of the next week because they didn't want candy to melt over weekend.  They didn't even care if this was later than when I wanted my product.  So I waited and now it is the end of the week and no delivery from their company. 

I also received an e-mail from "Amanda" first stating that my product was delivered and then that it would arrive the beginning of the next week.  Once again this never happened.

I have tried to call, e-mail, live chat..nothing.  I am guessing I have been scammed.  I went online last night to check and see if others had also had this problem and unfortunately they were scammed too. 

This company needs to be investigated.  They are not legit.  And their website is very professional which is extremely misleading.  I hope no one else has to go through this aggravation when trying to plan a nice event.  I'm sure it is too late now to try and order from another reputible company.  

Very disturbing business practices with a very professional website.  Buyer beware!
