Icardservices Vip Visa ripoff lied about full refund and withdrew my money from my account without permission when i canceled within 24 hours. FT. Luderdale Florida

I applied for the vip card from icardservices everything sounded ok so before i knew it i gave my info. but i regreted it so less than 24 hours i called them to cancel my app. they told me to print out a refund form. i told them i wouldn't be able to pay for it after all not enough funds in my account. they said ok just fill out the form i did everything they said to do but a couple of days later they still withdrew from my acount and now i am over drawn over a hundred dollars and now their telling me that i will only get a $100 back not $ 59 for app fee. they screwed me over $59 and i cancelled 15 hours later if thats not quick enough i don't know what is, and now maybe i'll get my refund in 5 to 10 days, but they sure can withdrawl in 2 days how quick and easy it is for them to take out and not give back and there maudo is "Were Here to Help." I don't think so.
