My 98 Grand Marquis air conditioner would give give intermittent cooling. cold at start out and ok as long as my speed was above approximately 25 mph and when I first started in the Morning.

I stopped at ICE COLD AIR in Pinellas Park Fl., they replaced the A/C's cooling fan and let me have the old fan.

A friend told me to apply power to the fan's motor and see the fan operated. He indicated that there were two relays in the fan circuit and they may have caused the intermittent cooling.

I powered up the fan, both speeds, and the fan operates ok.

ICE COLD AIR refuses to demonstrate that the fan ICE COLD AIR replaced is faulty. ICE COLD AIR says they need to reinstall the fan in the car in order to show it is faulty.
