I bought a pair of Icicles Sunglasses at a trade show and loved them. When I lost them, I called to buy another pair. It took a week for them to return my call and there was no response to my email, either. When I finally connected, (and not because they called me back) I talked to Kemp, who knew exactly what i wanted, as I couldn't remember the name, and he promised to get them out right away. I gave him my cc # and address.

I also suggested they put something on their voice mail and a vacation message on their email - or at least check their vm more often. I ordered the sunglasses. "Hmmmm," he said, like he didn't care. "Good idea."

After a week, I hadn't received them but UPS sometimes takes 7 - 10 days, so I gave it another few, and then called. Guess what? No call back again. About 4 days this time. When I mentioned it, the girl gave me a bunch of excuses. She said they were due to be delivered the next day. But they weren't, so again I go through 3 days of trying to reach them.

Now, I'm coming up on vacation and time is getting tight. I find out they were misdelivered. Not that unusual - I live on a tiny street and this happens. She wants me to call UPS and figure it out. I said, "No, we're getting short on time becuase you don't check your voice mail. You call UPS and get them delivered to me. I'm on my way out of town and don't have time to deal with it."

Let's cut to the chase here. Several phone calls between the girl and me, then between me and Kemp and I realize she's communicated nothing to him. About the fourth phione call, I say "Kemp. I'm going on vacation in 3 days. Get my sunglasses to me. You've screwed up, now handle it and fix it."

Then the sunglasses are delivered to the wrong address again. The night before I leave, fuming at UPS, I go pick them up across town. Guess what? Kemp sent it to the wrong address. After that, I call and a different girl says they were delivered and quotes the date and address of the first wrong delivery.

They don't communicate, they don't take care of details, they only sell to first time customers at tradeshows. I will never ever buy from them again and thank heavens I didn't get prescription lenses in these. I only wish I could put something on epinions. This company is abysmal.

By the way, I wanted a free sunglasses case for all the problems, but predictably, I haven't been able to reach him since
