I Mrs. Johnson, is a older lady on a fixed income. Mr. Nelson called me to help me sell my timeshare. I spoke to him serval times in regards to him helping me sell the property. The reason I am trying to sell my timeshare is that myself and my husband just can not travel the way we use too. My husband is a sick man that is unable to travel.  We have owned this timeshare for over 10 years. When I spoke to Keith I explained to him all of this. He told me not to worry that he's been selling timeshare for 15 years. I explained to Keith that  I  could not afford the marketing fee of over $1000.00. I told him I would call him after the holidays. He then contacted my husband when  I was not home and told him i said it was ok to hire ICMG to help us sell. When I found out what my husband had done I called Keith back the next morning asking him to return the money. He told me I would have to speak with Patrick Dunn in processing. I waited for Patrick to call me, he never did. I called for 2 weeks straight trying to speak to processing to get our money back. Not once was I able to get in touch with him. I did recieve a call from Steven Rodgers in the rental department stating he had rental offers for the property. I did not want to rent my timeshare I only want to sell. I told Steve that we can not rent because our yearly fees are not up to date, and that I needed my money back due to the holidays. Keith had also lied to my husband to get our credit card, he then told me I had to speak with Patrick. I explained to him I've been waiting on that call for weeks, I just need our money back. This company takes advantage of the elderly. This took place right before the holiday. The money that I had available on my credit card was for gifts for my family. They took about $1000.00 off my master card. I am on a fixed in come. I needed my money on my credit cards was for the holidays. This  is why I told Keith I would call him after the holiday. This company ruined my holiday and lied to my husband to get the money to sell the property. I've never received an off to sell my property and we are out over $1000.00. I feel like ICMG took advantage of my husband and I. If anyone knows of a company that will help sell it and take the money after it's sold please let me know. I can not afford to pay anyone else to sell it.

Thank you

Mr. and Mrs. Johnson
