Viewed the webpage and agreed to the 2.95 charge to futher look into their services. I did not see anything about additional charges. Never received emails with user ID and password information and 3 days later a $149.95 charge hit my account. My bank was unable to locate the company because the transaction came in as C&C ICM WEB 877-8LAKE FOREST CA.
They tried to reverse the charges without much luck. I found a phone number this morning on this site to ICM. I called and after explaining the I never received emails and could not find a valid phone number, they said they could ONLY cancel my account but WILL NOT refund the $149.95.
I realize over a month has passed, but finding a valid phone number to this company is impossible unless you have a user ID and password, which I NEVER received.
ICM....Please refund my money as you have to others.
