I am  individual that surfs the internet quite often.  A article comes up while I am on a news page that looks very ligitimate, that this home based business has been very successful.  Since it was on this news station page I trusted the article and looked at this business opportunity.  The information was very confusing with each page more and more confusing.  You were told that the kit was free to get started but you would need to give your ATM card information to set up the business.  I now know that was a big mistake.  Halfway through the process of the endless confusing page after page I decided to exit out and cancel everything.  However, this company says that I agreed to pay $149.00 after a 3 day trial period.  I did not agree to this.  I never got an email confirming I had made a purchase or agreed to anything as I did not.  Then tonight about a month later I get a strange phone call from someone asking why I had not used the service or set up my credit card account with them.  Probably wants to rip off more money.  After the call I went to my bank online account and I find out on my bank statement had charged $2.97 and then $149.95 for something I did not agree to buy and have never used.  I don't even know exactly what is is they are selling.  So I called the number 800-432-1000 that was given to me tonight and spoke with a "Sam".  He kept saying that I had agreed to pay $149.95 after a 3 day trial which isn't correct.  He refused to refund my money.  What business does not even confirm the purchase by email notification, mail, phone or anything.  Because they want to rip you off that is why. What ligitimate business makes everything so confusing that there are hundreds of complaints just like mine where information given was misused and unauthorized monies charged to their ATM cards!    The company representative refused to refund my money, so I have called my bank to dispute the charges also will send in a complaint to other consumer agencies unless they agree to be a decent and honest company and give me a refund for services that were never authorized and never used!

Questionable Company response

AUTHOR: Wolfie76 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 15, 2010

I read through this and decided to try an call the number provided in the post telling the person who posted to contact "Jennifer" at ext. 144. I did get an automated answer right away but there was no where to enter an extension number. So i hit 0 to go to the operator, which was not an operator, but a sales rep. When I asked for ext. 144 he had no idea what i was talkin about. I am not sure if these people thought that no one would try to call that number to see if it was legitimate.

I think that the company was again trying to scam hoping that people would read the post call the number and they could then sign them up. That is LOW!!

Anyway, just an opinion from a consumer that was recently screwed by one of these companies as well. Good Luck!

Continuing problems

AUTHOR: Anonymous in Jax - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, June 14, 2010

I have called the number listed above during office hours (Pacific time) and there continues to be no way to contact this company at that number extension.  The response typed above, I feel continues to be misleading.  Most reputable companies, such as Amazon.com confirm any orders/purchases by sending a confirmation to your email address so that if a mistake was made you can correct it right away.  Since most of the complaints including mine is unauthorized charges being made, this could be caught if they really wanted to.  I think I have seen at one count at least 144 people complaining on this site alone of the same problem.  How many more are out there that are not reported here.  I have not had this problem with any reputable companies I have done business with.  I   You would think if this company was serious about taking care of these things they would correct their website and send out confirmation emails with an easy way to correct billing mistakes.  It is sad thar our country has so many people without a concious, so ready to take advantage of people for their own gain.  I hope this is not this company or their employees, but their actions leads you to believe they want to continue to do business in a misleading way.
