As so many other reports I have read, I, too, was ripped off by ICM Websites.  After first agreeing to have my VISA charged  a modest $2.97 for an information packet, ICM I had learned latter to my horror had charged my VISA $149.95 without my consent.  Fruadulent and unethical was the whole process.  In addtion to that,  after trying to log onto their website, I learned that they had given me an invalid password.  I tried to find their website using the address they had given me, only to learn that I couldn't find it.  Is there nothing we consumers can do?
