ICM uses what appears to be false adds to lure unsuspecting people who are looking for something to generate income.

In my opinion they use unethical if not illegal terminolgy in their fine print to justify stealing money from their unsuspecting clients.

ICM refuses to reminburse the funds based on their terminology which is contary to what anyone reading the add would believe.

ICM claims you will recieve information in the mail for review and before it is ever sent by mail they send an email and bill your card.

I urge anyone losing to them to contact the BBB, the Calif. States Attorney and The State Attorney from their state of residence.

Perhaps, you could submit the last 4 digits of the card your used. As stated, we cannot locate your account within the names of the 10 other people in Corbin. Your name does not come up with those names. Or try calling the customer service line during business hours, we are not open on Sunday.

Exercise In Futility

IF there is an ext. 144 and Jennifer it is not possible to contact her. After several attemps and the same song and dance they still refuse to refund what they stole from my card. I still encourage anyone who has been ripped off by these folks to contact the BBB, State Attorney from their state and the Calif. State Attorney Office. I am also providing this information to the FTC.

Dealing with ICM, it is similar to working on the consept that a turd can be picked up by the clean end.
