Icon Health & Fitness Icon Health And Fitness Kept my money for one year, no product, and no return of money or accommodation abused & mistreated Logan Utah

I sent Icon Health & fitness on May 5, 2001, a check for $9.00, Check #1101. I was to receive a book for Pro-Form 860 stair stepper. I started calling the company after a month for the book, that I never received. I was told that they never received the check, they have no knowledge of the check, and they could not trace the check.

I continue to call this company, and I wrote them. They never respond to my letters and there was no proof the money was even sent. I received the check back from my bank showing that they had cash the check on May 22, 2001, I relaid this message to IH&F. The copied check was sent in with a letter April 2, 2002. I called these people again, they did not have information on the copied information.

I talked to Shanna-operator 98 April 11, 2002, on the computer, and told her my problem. I called the store in Logan, Utah; May 10, 2002, talked with Manager D. J. he did not know where my copied information was, and he wanted me to send in another copied check before I could be helped.

I told Manager D. J. I needed some accommodation for all my troubles. I said a free machine would do the trick. Manager D. J. said, "We don't give machines for that." I spoke, " Poor management, you've had my money one year now.' You owe me some accommodation." Manger D. J. said, "I'll send your book without you sending a second copy, that will be your accommodation." I spoke, "This mishap is your fault, I want my money back!" Manager D. J., "We can't give you your money back, it's been one year." I spoke, "It's the company's fault it's been a year. 'This is poor management." I then hung the phone up.

Monday, May 13, 2002; Manager D. J. send me the book instead of my money. I told him, I want my money back!!
