Brandan Hall, their salesman contacted me in the end of January 2015, explaining the structure of what they do.  He said that if I pay them 250, they will build a site that will bring the leads and I will be getting calls from customers.  We are an HVAC company in Denver and Brandan said that they work with many HVAC and Appliance repair companies throughout the United States.  That after they build a site, the leads will start to come in and they will be getting a commission if we start making money.  Sounded all great!  I signed up with them and on February 5, sent them $250 through paypal.

Then got an email from them asking to give them all the necessary information so, they can start building the site.  Told me that the leads should be coming in in no time.  By the way, I have kept all the written communication between us.  They also said, that if the leads are not going to be coming in, they will refund me the money.

After a while, I contacted Brandan, who was still picking up the phone, who told me that very soon the leads will be coming in.  Then about a month past, there was not one single lead.  I contacted them through email and they again promissed leads, telling me that they are putting lots of their own money into this marketing and it's in their interest for this project to work.  Months have past with not one single lead.   I contacted them in July, they said that they will refund after August 5 (which is 6 months after the initial payment was made).  I waited.  I contacted them again.  They emailed back and said they will be issuing a check since they no longer can process the refund through Paypal.

Now we are already in September and no refund was made.  I have not received one single lead.  No one had contacted me as of yet.  Brandan doesn't pick up the phone for at least 4 months.

I called Paypal, they are telling me that since 180 days have past from the initial payment, they can't do anything about it.  I guess Icon knew that when they told me they will refund me after 6 months of the initial payment.   So what would one call them?  Crooks?  Exactly!

I had emailed them again yesterday.  Still awaiting for a response.  Still awaiting for a promissed refund as well.
