ICS MERRILL- NO INTEGRITY

As a person once employed with ICS Merrill I have kept up with several investigators that currently work for ICS Merrill and fortunately this is a small industry so things have a way of getting out.  I see the reports on this web site and I do find some creditable issues but most of the complaints appear to be disgruntled employees complaining about issues that are totally out of there control.   As far as work loads go, it appears that ICS Merrill is slower then most and this is causing a lot of financial issues for the investigators.  Regarding pay, unless things have changed ICS Merrill pays fairly well for industry standards. 

The issue I take most seriously though is the issue of Integrity.  From experience I can tell you that from the top down integrity, honesty and morals fall very short with this organization.  We can start at the very top, Dave Merrill and his lack of values and integrity which I wont go into but for those of you that know it is disgusting what he has been up to the last couple of years, and thats your leader!  That lack of integrity falls all the way down through the ranks and a perfect example is a magazine article that I just read in the February addition of Professional Investigator Magazine that had Michael Ferrin quoted several times.  Ferrin talks about the 12 people that review surveillance video before going to a customer- LIE.  Ferrin speaks about the 3 full time employees (I assume he means recruiters) that attend job fairs-LIE.  And then Ferrin talks about the writing and training for the staff, conducting regular meetings with all the customers and the staying in touch with a dozen field advisors, does anyone know Michael Ferrin?  He is quite possibly the most anti-social human being I have ever had the displeasure in meeting, he is the worst manager that has ever set foot on this planet and has single handily destroyed ICS Merrill's Vendor Management division.  So again, that lack of integrity just keeps dropping through the ranks.  That is dangerous especially with integrity, honesty and morals being so important in this type of business.

Good luck ICS Merrill investigators.  You will need it because with leadership like this you should be out of business in no time at all.
