The rep was very nice and professional. I attempted to open two accounts. I gave all of my personal and banking information. I attempted to call the company today 4/17/2012 to inform them that I could not start one of the accounts for my online store due to problems with the website which I do not own. The people answering the phone refused to let me speak with the sales rep. They claimed they were transferring me to his voicemail. No voicemail ever picked up. I called them four times and they refused to even take a message. I emailed Pat and told him that we could not do business. Then I called the company back again and they said I had signed a contract for a year and that I would have to pay them $350 to close the account which was not even open. I did not have a merchant number. I told them that this was against the law in California. They said I should not threaten them when I told them I would report them.
Now I am really horrified to find several reports by other people on this website showing they are a scam outfit. Well People listen up!!! Anyone reading my statement please contact the following people with your story about ICS because these people are already starting an investigation and I will inform them of all the complaints here but it would be good for each individual to complain directly to Wells Fargo Bank and First Data who are the companies who allow them to do business. Also report them to the California Attorney Generals Office. We can get their license to do business revoked!!! so here are the direct people to contact: Jon.Wine@wellsfargomerchantservicesllc.com. I think this will put some fire under someone.
International Card Services DBA Integrated Card Service is a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank.
I will be contacting First Data Tommorow on April 18 myself. I will also file a complaint with The Attorney Generals Office, and other agencies in California to make sure this fraudster is out of business immediately.
