I'm local in Austin TX.  ICT Consultants has multiple judgements served against them and that doesn't stop them, so I hope this awareness at least stops one more victim (YOU) from getting screwed like most of their customers.  Ashif Mahmud is the president/owner of ICT Consultants and after the court awarded a $10,000+ judgement on this company, I asked Ashif about Karma with his own children getting their dreams robbed one day like he did mine.  Ashif physically laughed in my face and said he doesn't care about that, or believe in that...

Well, how odd is this... I just looked at their website and found a link text that says "Karma Coin", so I clicked on it and it takes you to a page that they haven't even filled out the information on (a template website), yoiu know how templates use that text "Lorem Ipsum" until you fill in your own info.  This is precise representation of what ICT-Consultants of Austin is.  A template-using scam company.  I have a screenshot of this proof, but this form won't allow me to post photos, so just ask me for it.  I also have proof of anything else I mention in this post.

I hope Ashif Mahmud's kids and wife find this article and hear about what he said about them and Karma.  Thanks to google, they one day will.  I'm sure the wife and kids of Ashif Mahmud, ICT Consultants of Austin don't know that Ashif has multiple judgements against him and his company.  See, when you sue someone, or a company, there isn't an effective way to collect that judgement, so naturally he simply doesn't pay it. 

Bigger companies pay their bills and keep their reputation clean, but scammers like Ashif Mahmud at ICT Consultants simply don't care.  I'm so foolish for hiring this company.  I was so new to the industry and I didn't know what to look out for.  Ashif Mahmud took advantage of that, and he told me that he doesn't even care if his own kids get taken advantage of like this.   

I paid ICT Consultants to develop a website, and Ashif Mahmud just took my cash, provided me with some cheap made up screenshots and cheap wireframes in order to get more money from me to "start developing the website" and then once I paid him he stopped working on my project altogether.  After calling, emailing, and showing up at his office to demand a refund or a website as our contract deemed, he wouldn't perform or return my inquiries even, so I sent attorney letters and that led all the way to him getting sued, me winning, a police officer going to collect from Ashif Mahmud at ICT Consultants in Austin, and Ashif lying to the police officer about not having any assets to seize. 

This is not an opinion, nor is this just another bad review about ICT Consultants.  A judge of law has tried and awarded a judgement against ICT Consultants, and the police officer serving that judgement told me that Ashif Mahmud has more judgments against him with ICT Consultants. 

I wish I would have not fallen for the cheap price quotes and the fact that I'm local in Austin TX.  I wanted to hire someone local in my city, just in case something like this happened, however, it did me no good because a judgement doesn't force someone to pay, it just dings their credit and business credentials.  I hope it prevents him from ever doing business again, and every efforts counts.
