In my case, I have no idea how this company obtained my personal banking information. They did withdraw $31.98 on 12/26/2007 and another $6.78 on 1/3/2008.
I immediately contaced my Credit Union and reported this activity. I filed a fraud report with my credit union and they will reimburse me of these funds. My Credit Union also has a security center which will file charges against this company for fraud.
I also have reported this company to the internet division of the FBI and I know my Credit Union will follow up on this activity.
Unless this company can produce my signature, this is fraud and will be prosecuted as such. My concern is that they are using multiple web address to deduct from your account. How many more web address will be allowed to remove funds from my account before this company is stopped.
I have tried calling this company on numerous occassions and after about a 3 minute spill, I was placed on continuous hold. I listened to 30 minutes of music and never did talk to an actual person.
If you have been a victem, report it. This is how they will be stopped!
