Received facimile stating our copier cartridge needs to be ordered. The fax had our specific copier and model. Present price is $619. and price increase is scheduled. Order now at present price.

Faxed back the order for one cartridge - received cartridge and invoice for the one cartridge. The invoice had carton for the unit, which mean 4 cartridges.

Once check was received by IDCSERVCO, IDCSERVCO representative called to ask if the second cartridge is to be shipped, as we had ordered a carton at the reduced rate. We stated that we had ordered one cartridge. Representative stated that if we take one, it is at the higher price of $1,200.

Our plan is to send the toner back and demand our money back.
