Our receptionist answered the phone and someone stated they needed authorization to ship our order for our toner cartridge. Her being new, assumed it was something we did indeed order and authorized shipment. Needless to say, I fault her as well as our office manager at the time, for not questioning this. Our copiers are leased and we have a maint. plan that includes toner, so there was no need to purchase it. We got scammed out of $6,300
