IDCSERVCO, attemps to scam consumers by claiming to be their regular supplier of copier and printer toner. They operate under many different names including one I was contacted by: Tech Services.

They gather information from office employees as to which copiers and printers are in the office. Then they call an unsuspecting employee and claim to be the regular supplier of such toner and recommend that he/she purchase now because the price has increased and they can give you the toner at the cheaper price because you were never notified of the increase earlier.

I have also recieved invoices for toner that was never ordered or received. They just fax over invoices and expect you to pay. I order my toner from a local supplier and my copiers are supplied with toner free from a leasing company. I have no reason to do business with them.

Besides their gross sales tactics, their prices are extremely high. Usually three to four times retail price.
