Ideal Image Janette Maxson Went in for Consult and got a EYE OPENER to illegal Company practices, Internet

I had an appt with Janette Maxson (sp?) in October during a big sale they had.  She was a "Consultant"  not a medical professional.  She pretended pretty bad at knowing anything about her job or the medical procedure.  First she absolutely knows NOTHING about the HIPAA Laws in the USA, and patient confidentiality.   She left the room after her" time share like pitch"  left me alone in the room to read through her companies contract for laser hair removal. 
 
I read the contract and then got board because I had already made my mind up I was not going to buy after meeting a person who had taken me into the treatment room and in so many words she flat out impersonated she was a nurse and gave me the impression in the treatment room she was going to be the one doing the treatment.  After that, I was left alone in the actual consultation office for 35 minutes. 

I waited and waited for Janette to come back.  Looking around the desk I saw a pile of charts.  Freely there for anyone to browse through.  I used to work in a medical office and got  very curious while I had some time to burn sotisk tisk    I picked up some of the patients charts which she had lying on her desk. There was approximately twenty charts in her office.  I thought why does a sales consultant need medical charts in her office?  Was this to give me even more of an impression she was a medical provider?   During the time I was in her office was able to go through the approximately 10 medical charts in the Sales Consultants office.

 In the charts they had actual photos of people's hairy body parts with hair they wanted removed, financial data, drivers license photos, medical history data, and contracts signed.  A identity thefts dream jackpot I thought!! But I am a moral person and put the charts back in the stack.  I looked- Who wouldn't?  My question is what business does a sales consultant have having patients charts spread out all over her desk.  I felt there was something very shady and illegal at this place going on.  I got up to throw out my pop can and no kidding when I put the pop can in the garbage I found  financial documents in the waste basket behind her desk when I threw out my pop can.  I knew it is against the law to no shred those documents.

I also felt sorry for the people who had their charts on her desk as an OPEN book for anyone to read.....like nosey little me. I actually took photos of it so when my husband would laugh at me I could so him.   I did not sign anything the day of my consultation thankful because i felt a seizure coming on with  the very bright light in office..Which was very weird this Janette Maxon continued with trying to scam me of my cash after I had told her in the treatment room I have light induced seizures (after doing some home work on it I found out it is dangerous to have those treatments  on your face if you have light induced seizures. When she was not looking I took my health information form because I did not want her to leave it on her  desk for anyone to read.

I was sitting in my car waiting for my map to come up on the screen.  I could not believe my eyes I saw what it looked like to be one of the RNs greet Friends or family and let them go into the doors with a dog in tow. I was happy to leave there and the dog going into there cemented my affirmation that this company is a JOKE. What kind of medical procedure office brings dogs in it?  I know the dog did not get treatments because he was hairy too.  Smart Doggie, Dumb owner!
