IdentitySecure Huge Hassle
I signed up for the free trial in error on 9/7/17. I immediately contacted them to cancel it off. Even though I could provide them with my membership id number, they advised me it was not in the system yet and to wait 24 hours. I contacted them back on 9/8/17 to get the same response. On Monday the 11th I called and again on the 14th, was still getting the run around. I sent an email on 9/14 and got an immediate response stating that they would contact me back within 1 to 2 business days - NO RESPONSE! I have sent a follow up email to see what is going on with the cancellation, mind you I've already had the $19.99 drafted because it is outside of the free trial period. I still have no response. I can't believe that I am still working to have this canceled off. I have disputed this with my bank and am short of canceling off my card to ensure that no further transcations are made.
