I ordered an unlock code from for a AT&T Nokia Lumia 1020 on November 25th, 2013. They offered a turnaround time of 5-7 business days and said a refund would be provided if they couldn't get the code.

They stopped replying to my emails in December and I had to file a claim with PayPal which was denied due to the item being an intangible good.

iDeviceGuys even provided a bogus tracking number to PayPal in order to keep my money. $66.89 USD is the amount they stole from me. This is a very well orchestrated scam, and they sure know how to unfairly win any claims, using the "intangible good" defense with PayPal. Do not fall for this scam.

Customer was refund mid January, we have had multiple email commicaction and communication through forums.
