While the game is enjoyable constantly loosing tokens and real money is a big problem.

I have lost countless tokens due to them either mysteriously vanishing or accidentally using them to buy energy that I didn't want. Energy that is used, comes back in increments every few minutes. It doesn't need to be bought. There is also an in game item called an energy basket that gives two hounded  and fifty in energy.  In the game there are objects called generators. They take energy and resources to set them up to
generate. Having over twenty generators in a line I click them all to collect the IW coins and than again to set them up to generate again.

While doing this if a player doesn't realize how much allotted energy they have, they can, and do accidentally buy energy with tokens and even
buy tokens if their credit card number is on facebook. Tokens are either bought with real money or by doing videos, surveys or gaining in level. Each time a player gains in level they get eight tokens. This alone buys nothing. So players have to either buy tokens or spend lots of time doing videos and surveys. 

The major problem with this game, and one thing all players can agree on is that it fustraiting and agravating to pay or do serveys and spend tokens accidently. Also on Idle worship there is the often joked about  "phantom token stealer" and the "Token fairy. " The phantom has taken my own tokens about 240 tokens that's A little less than five dollars. For some five dollars is nothing. It was NOT nothing to me. After
accidentally spending hundreds of tokens accidentally on energy I wrote reports each time. Each time I got an automated email response and nothing changed. When I lost those 240 or so tokens after doing a video
and going from 240 to 3 tokens I got angry. Again I sent a request and again nothing but an automated email response happened.

Due to the game being unpopular, their employees have dwindled to the point that there are few to none working on these issues.  There needs to be something in place so when the player accidently causes the buy energy screen to pop up and accidentally buy energy. Something comes up asking them if they want to buy energy or cancel the order. I am not the only one who complains about this. Nor has this helped keep players, playing the game. Just the opposite, we loose players weekly. For new years the creator of the game gave away tokens and coins for free. It helped stimulate the game and make the players happy for a time.

The game may shut down due to lack of players and no one wants that least of all me. But something needs to be put in place and reports of lost or accidentally spent tokens needs to be addressed.
