Idol Wigs IDOLWIGS Intl Ltd. I ordered a wig through this company using PayPal. I had heard nothing from them and contacted them. Still heard nothing. Then I mentioned I will get a refund and file a BBB report, they then contacted me that the wig will be shipped within 48 hours. Its has been more than 48 hours and no one is returning my emails once again. I have been scammed before and thought to try this again, as I had not seen anything on this company. But upon finding RipOff Report, I found that the same address to Idol Wigs was with another scam for International Development Corporation (IDC). This company has yet opened another scam internet business. Scirocco Close, Northampton Northamptonshir

I placed an order online on 8/5/2013. I left a message for Idol Wigs to contact me in regards to when I will receive my wig. I had heard nothing back. I left another message this time with the PayPal email address. I mentioned that if I do not hear from someone that I will be refunding my money and filing a BBB report. I then got an email message stating this..."

Their response:

so sorry for the inconvenience. Could you pls tell us your quesstion.
we will try our best to solve it for you asap.

I Responded with:
If you are truly still sending the wig, please let me know how soon I will get it. Your ad said it was IN STOCK. I understand if you do not have a small size, as I have asked a couple times now. But I really want to know when, if at all, I will receive it. I have a medical condition and would like to get this wig sooner than later.

Thank you for finally responding to my emails. I would like to see tracking information for the shipment or some explanation soon or I will have no choice but to stop payment and file a report.
Their response:

We will choose the fast shipping way. General it need 5-15 days to arrive. 
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
If you can't get it in time or get it with any problems, pls just inform.We will try our best to solve the problem for asap.

I sent another email, as my question was "When will I receive the wig or when will it be sent out".
I will be looking for the shipping information in my emails. I just found this email in my JUNK folder. Again, I had also asked if this was in a size small, but no response on that question. Average cap size is fine, small would fit better, but I have a medical condition and so I just would like to get it as soon as you have it delivered. 
I got this email back from them:

then I sent this email
Once this is shipped, how long will it be before I get it? How many days will it take to get to me once you ship it within 48 hours. I am sorry to be a bother. I am just worried, only because I have had issues in the past.
Followed by this:
Thank you for the response. Again,  I will look for email confirmation of shipment. I do appreciate your attention to my concerns.
Then 2 days later, 48 hours later...I sent this response:
Has this item been shipped, you indicated 48 hours since August 6? I have not seen any shipping information. And if this is not coming I will need to start process to refund and report.

A couple hours later I sent this response and still nothing from them on their end.

Since I am no longer getting response from you I am starting the filing to cancel the order and get refunded, plus I will file a BBB report with the internet. I am also going to post this information as a site to not order from within my medical community. I am very sad this is a scam. As there are many people in need of products like yours fro medical reasons. To me, this is the worst form of disrespect for another. And criminal.

Needless to say, they have not responded to anymore emails, nor have I seen any tracking information. Then upon seeing the same address and different company name show up on RIPOFF REPORT, I am very concerned they are scamming many others. Their ownly source for payment was through paypal.
