I applied on-line for a payday loan and I receive so many of this junk mail in my email inboxes. Well I do know for a fact after completeing a couple of offers, I do remember one or two of them offering this theft id protection which I opted out of. I go to check my checking account the next day and $31.98 was taken out of my account, causing an OVERDRAFT on my checking account. This would be the second time this has happened in the span of 5-6 months. Approxiatemately five months ago, i applied for a payday loan, and I had a company named Westbury Adventures take $260 out of my checking saying it was from a previous cash advance from 2003?
I'm starting to see there is a growing trend with these internet based cash advance places. I would like to be the first one to put a stop to it. I do plan on taking actions against both companies. I had the attorney general on the Westbury adventures but nothing has come of it and I'm tired of waiting on getting my money back. So I plan finding an attorney who is willing to take on my cases and I will get my money back or more like putting to rest these frauds!
