I have been using this company sucessfully for over a year now.
I pay for there premium service which includes website, products and a full dropship ordering facility. Approx 1 month before X-mas 2004 i was advised by a new Hosting facility that my website was being moved to a new arrangement. Ever since no Products have been delivered. Payments are gladly accepted, with no receipts or transaction statements generated. I have several outstanding orders worth hundreds of $US. Yes i have refunded all moneys owing to buyers. Where does this leave me....except out of pocket.
I have sent many emails, before i resorted to sending very nasty emails, hoping for a response. Alas none.....Gutless Bastards.
I also contacted the hosting service owner
Greg from Myinternetservices.com.
I forwarded nasty email as i sent it to Idropshipper.
I also said i believe he was hosting a website which is taking orders and not delivering the goods, and refered them to Federal Police. The website was taken off-line temporarily but soon relisted.
I cannot contact anyone from idropshipper or Hostmedia the corporation behind Idropshipper.
I take approx 2 emails a week from intersted people looking to use the idropshipper service. They are rudely awoken when i advise them of the situation, and recommend they go elsewhere.
You might think a company would be interested in an extra 100 odd customers a year..... NOT THESE IDIOTS.

Idropshipper.com UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP
Idropshipper.com was sold at the end of March 2006. My name is Lisa Kugel and I purchased the company in good faith and began taking over April 2006. To my dismay the first 30 days I owned the company I took care of many complaints and issues that arose before I purchased Idropshipper. I believe I did take care of all past issues, that I was made aware of, to the customers satisfaction.
I have nothing good to say about the past owner. And may be filing my own ripoff report. He still owns hostmaker.com and hostmedia.com. I do not believe he owns any of the wholesale companies anymore, I believe he sold them all. He is still in Texas.
The past owner Steve Nezlyana now will not return my calls. As I said while he was communicating with me I think I took care of all past issues with regard to refunds etc. I was disgusted when I saw these reports. All I can do is better business now. I can not fix what he did in the past. I can assure you I am an ethical business woman attempting to build a business that helps people work from home or build small businesses themselves with a limited amout of risk.
I have sold on ebay: My ID is loangirl I have 100% positive rating. That IS who I am.
I have revamped idropshipper.com. I have added 1000's of new products. I hope you will give me the opportunity to earn the trust back. I have had no issues since I took over the company and I do communicate with my customers. I paid quite a lot for the company believing I was buying some good will. I'm now not so sure! None the less, I am not affiliated with the past owner, I hope customers will allow me to wipe the slate clean and give me the opportunity to show you how I do business.

IDROPSHIPPER.COM rips me off AGAIN

Well, i decided to give them another go. Already i am shuddering at the thought of this stupidity. I rejoined the system and paid the full price as I was told the previous website was no longer available and had to be started from scratch.

After lodging a formal complaint to paypal for non delivery of goods. I received a repayment from paypal of approx $5. That was all that was available in the account from which i had paid the money for the goods. Approx 1 month later I received an e-mail regarding my situation, asking what the problem was and how they could correct it, this was from the owner of Idropshipper.
I asked if they were serious and directed them to www.ripoffreport.com and advised them to do a search on idropshipper. Shortly within a week, I received another email explaining that the owner had been overseas and the acting manager/overseer was total incompetent in handling the role for the business to run successfully.
I was offered a total refund or the option to have the order filled. As I had already supplied a refund to my customers, I opted for the refund. Recently i received a refund via paypal for the remaining amount, with the $5 deducted to make for the correct total. I would now like to thank Ripoffreport.com, I believe they created the publicity required to force an outcome and help with the situation with so many other customers also.
Congratulation also where it is due to the owner for refunding the outstanding amount. But also as an owner he is still responsible to ensure his staff are capable of performing the tasks required from them, a lesson learned by all, albeit maybe a hard one.
