On June 17, I ordered an iPhone 5 Luxmo silver rhinestone three-piece cover.  The cover itself is two pieces and inclufed was a clear protective screen cover.  I didn't received a confirmation for awhile and logged into my account on several occasions and the order stated that it was processing.  I sent them an email and then I received a confirmation that it has been shipped on June 23.  At no time was there a tracking nuimber supplied. Ten days to two weeks later I received it.  Inside was an iPhone cover.....one piece and no protections screen.  This was a cheap cover and clearly the wrong one.  In checking my order I noticed that it stated I ordered an iPhone 4 cover which I didn't.  When I searched the internet, it took me to this website and it stated that it was an iPhone 5 cover and specifically a Luxmo.  Since then it has been changed to an iPhone 4 on their website.  This was a hard cover to find and the last website I ordered it from was out of stock.  It was a little more expensive through iGearUSA but I figured that was okay because not all of these covers are the same.  What a shock when I received it.  I have sent them numerous emails without a response by either email or phone.  I just found a telephone number on the internet and left a message with Customer Service requesting a call back.   It is highly unlikely I will receive that phone call from what I have experienced so far.

An important note: when I received the cover it was in a white padded envelope, of which I still have, "By Air Mail - Par Avion" which tells me this item was not shipped from out of the USA.  This is misleading as their website leads you to believe that it is a company in the U.S.  I very rarely order outside of the United States and certainly would not for a phone cover.  I would like a refund, as small as it may seem, for the amount of $12.99.  The website even states that refunds will be made but I need an RMA#.  Well, if they would answer their phone or their countless emails, I would be able to do just that.  At this stage, I don't see why that is even necessary.  Had I known what was in this envelope, I would have marked it "Return To Sender" but how could I without a return address.  Beware of companies who supply no return address.  As much as I have ordered on the internet, this has taught me to check every company I wish to order from for complaints before I complete any order to insure it is reputable.
