IGG Factory HandHeld Items HandHeld Items Shipped wrong item, refuse to help with return City of Industry, California

I purchased a travel charger and a car charger for my Sprint HTC Hero from www.handhelditems.com, but received ones for a Motorola RAZR.  Since these are not compatible, I contacted the company to get replacements shipped.  The first e-mail was very polite, apologizing for the mistake and asked for pictures of the ends of the charger that I received, and a picture of what I need.  I send those back in, and then waited a week with no response.

I e-mailed twice and attempted to call (but kept getting a "voicemail full" message, nobody ever answered), and finally got an answer back that told me to go to the website and fill out an RMA form.  There was a box to check that I understood the terms and conditions of the RMA, and when I read them, it said that I had to pay to send the items back, not the company.  I e-mailed (and tried to call) again, saying that I needed a prepaid shipping label (which I had asked for in the first e-mail), and after another week I still have not received a response.

I could understand paying for return shipping if I decided I did not like the items, but not for an error their company made in sending the items to me.  Now I am stuck with 2 chargers that are worthless to me, unless I want to spend more of my money to have the company fix their mistake.  Their website has them listed as being members of the BBB, but when I filed a complaint with the BBB, I got a response that the company had not responded to their inquiry, and my complaint was being closed since the company did not respond.  Very poor customer service, and I will never purchase anything from them again, nor refer anyone to them.
