I ordered one Windstorm Vacuum on December 17, 2005. I was to get one vacuum free with my order. I was sent a total of 4 vacuums and billed double. Money was supposed to come out of my bank account in installments. I huge amount came out all at once and then smaller payments later for the ones I didn't order. I was dissastisfied with the vacuum's performance. I received a return label and sent the vacuums back. As of this date I have still not gotten a refund. I was charged $407.47. Everytime I call I am told I will be getting my refund the following week. I get hung up on. I get transferred to imaginary manger voice mail boxes. I have emailed the company and not gottena response. Today I filed a claim through the BBB. The company will be contacted within 7b business days and hopefully this will get my money back. If not, I plan on filing a claim through the Courts. I suggest we all band together on this scam. This company should not be in business.
