Ignatois Kazoglou Emotionally Distressed Ft. Lauderdale Florida

 On April 12,2014 I went to Auto Town Inc. to purchase a vehicle..I came into contact with Ignatios Kazoglou..I asked him if he had anything on his lot..That I can pay $1800 cash for..He told me no..Then he proceeded to tell me that he has a lot of cars he could take $1800 for a down payment..I expressed to Ignatios Kazoglou that I really didn't want to do car payments..Because with my credit score my payments would be to high..Mr.Kazoglou then stated His company have over 50 financing companies that will work with me..So I proceeded for financing..I was told that I was financed..$1800 down and my payments was suppose to be $250 a month..After driving the car for 2 weeks I was contacted by Ignatios Kazoglou telling me that there was a problem with the financing for the vehicle..He asked if I have $1000 more dollars towards my down payment..I told him that I didn't have any money at the time..And that I needed time to get the money..He said okay in 2 weeks I will need you to come in to the dealership I said okay..On April 21,2016 sometime during the night the car was repossessed from a hotel my self and my family was staying at for the night..I contacted Mr. Kazaglou trying to inquire about the car and all my personal items that was left inside the car..Mr.Kazaglou was being very rude and he started to accuse me of stealing a radio he said that he found drugs in the car..And that the police have all my belongings..On April 27,2016 I visited Mr.Kazaglou at Auto Town Inc. to inquire about my personal items that was left inside the car..Mr Kazaglou was ranting and raving around the lot accusing me of stealing a radio..Telling me to go to the police..Because the police have my personal items..I was forced to contact City of Fort Lauderdale Police Dept. A police officer was dispatched to the scene..And I did wish to press charges for my stolen belongings.. I will like to sue for emotional distress because this issue has caused me to have to seek mental health treatment..And the reason why I waited so long to pursue charges is because I was homeless at the time and my main focus was to get myself and my family off the streets..And to be honest I totally forgot about this incident..That's until I purchased my next vehicle..When I purchased the car from Mr.Kazaglou I paid for a tag..But before I can receive the hard tag..Mr.Kazaglou repossessed the car..I tried to get the same tag #BEEN28 for my new car..And I was informed that the tag was canceled..And that the monies was returned to Ignatious Kazaglou..I will like my money back from my tag..Some monies back from my $1800 down $298 down for insurance, And my money back from all personal items left inside the car..Items listed in police report my daughters laptop $700 $900 worth of clothes and shoes $1600 wedding ring set $200 for personal documents social security cards birth. Certificates Etc.
