Ignite Health or Innovative Health Labs billed for product not ordered Baca Raton Florida

I received a charge to my bank account that I did not recognize and then 2 emails regarding a product I supposedly ordered.

I did not order these products nor have I ever been on their website.

I contacted the company and the person on the phone argued that because they had all my information that I must have ordered it. I told her I did not. The she stated someone in my household did. 

There is only my husband and I and he was sitting next to me and we both stated we had not ordered these products. I requested to speak to a supervisor. She stated she did not have a supervisor there and we would be receiving these products and pay only the shipping price.

Again we told her we did not order these products and did not want these products.  She continued to argue about having our information so we had to of ordered it. She stated the time the order was placed online and we told her that we were not even online at that time. 

Again we explained we did not want these products and would not accept them.  She stated she could not stop the products as the order had already be placed. We explained we would not accept them and would have the bank refuse the charges.

She became irate and finally said that she would cancel the orders and refund our money but it could take up to 5 business days.

I will be watching for that refund. We still do not know how they got our information but think it is very shady practices on their part.
